Sir Ian McGeechan
Sir Ian McGeechan is the coach who is most synonymous with the British and Irish Lions and arguably the most influential coach in world rugby over the last 30 years. Sir Ian has coached at Bath, Northampton and London Wasps, taken Scotland to a Grand Slam, been adviser to Gloucester and is presently the Executive Chairman of Leeds Carnegie.
Richard Moon is a sports lawyer who has over 20 years experience advising many rugby coaches, cricket coaches and professional sportsmen in connection with their employment, and who has developed a strong reputation in the legal world. As well as his legal practice, Richard had a successful playing career in rugby union and after his playing days ended he chaired the RFU disciplinary panels in the Midlands and set up the Rugby Union Players Association (the fore-runner to the RPA).
Dave Collins is a Professor of Coaching and Performance at the University of Central Lancashire and also a consultant to many world and/or Olympic athletes, high performing sports men and women, the military and those in performing arts. Previously Dave was a Performance Director at UK Athletes taking the team to the Beijing Olympics.
Glenn Delaney is the forwards coach at London Irish, having spent 7 years developing a highly successful system as Director of Rugby at Nottingham. Prior to that Glenn played across the world in New Zealand, Japan, France and England.
Andy Lindley is a consultant at Leeds Rhinos, having previously been Head of Youth Performance at the Crusaders. Prior to his rugby life, Andy spent 12 years serving in the airborne forces for the British Army.
Phil Davies is a former Welsh International and is currently Director of Rugby at Cardiff Blues. Following a distinguished playing career (during which he won 46 Wales caps) he became Director of Rugby at Leeds Tykes, moved to Llanelli Scarlets and subsequently forwards coach at Worcester as they rose to become an established Premiership Team.
